My style tends to gear toward realism with attention to detail. I looked at several photographs of different pirate outfits and determined what I thought would best fit my style and realistic creativity. I imagined the mainstream pirate to wear vests and shirts underneath, but nothing too fancy as they spend most of their time sweating it out on ships they had taken over. A wide belt to hold their weapons of choice along with a scarf tied around their waist. I wanted as much detail as possible, from the small red 'x' on the vest to the buttons on the cuffs. I like people to scrutinize the design and seek out what little details you can find that make this outfit come together.
