San Synselmo is a
tropical island paradise located across from the Harbor Pointe. Ninety
percent of this island has been developed by Synny, a talented interior
and exterior designer with a flare for sleek and modern styling.
Synny’s house, San Synselmo Isle-Island home, is definitely one of the
most stunning I’ve ever visited. The interior is ultra sleek and
modern, with all the comforts one could ever wish for. The décor is
swanky without being pretentious. There is a grand total of 9 large
areas, including: a modern kitchen, living room, dinning room,
television room, outdoor chill lounge, master bedroom, bar/game room,
large his and hers bathroom and my personal favorite a large music room
with a grand piano, guitars, drums and more. This place is definitely
worth a visit!

MissMEM:
How long have you lived in San Synselmo
Isle?
Synny: I've lived on San Synselmo Isle for 7 months
however, it is not a NH but an island set in the water just across from
the
Harbor Pointe NH. San Synselmo is made up of multiple Paz's covering
90% of the
island.
MissMEM:
Why did you choose San Synselmo Isle??
Synny: Originally a very good friend of mine,
CheriWitch, discovered the island. Cheri and I were squating just
outside of
the Botanical Garden's and were looking for a place to call our own
when she
came upon this empty land. Cheri convinced me to move here but
unfortunately
within a few months RL kept her from logging on much and I was left
with a big
empty island. By this time I had been on the island for 4-5 months and
fell in
love with the place so I decided to shift things around and slowly
began
building a theme. Now I can't imagine ever leaving, it's my little
slice of
There paradise!
MissMEM:
What was your inspiration for decorating
your home?
Synny: The house itself. The space, layout, window
sizes and wall color of chocolate brown was tough to work with when
placing art
and choosing furniture. I felt the space needed a modern flair with
splashes of
color along with consistant partitions throughout to section off each
room and
give it a grounding element.
MissMEM:
Do you have a favorite place in your
house? If so, where and why?
Synny: Well, I'm kind of torn between two rooms, I
absolutely love the music room, the color's in the furniture and art
bring out
the jazziness I'm trying to represent while it still maintains a low
key
sexiness and comfort level. I also enjoy the kitchen very much, the
black
cherry cabinets and black granite counter's add life to what could be a
very
drab room.
MissMEM:
Do you enjoy decorating and do you do
it often?
Synny: I'm addicted to it! I completely enjoy going
through all the different styles of homes, buildings, landscape,
furniture, art
and knick knack pieces. Putting together an entire island has expanded
my scope
with There and not even the sky is the limit, so as soon as our beloved
designer's put out new item's I'm always ready to build a new layout!
MissMEM:
And finally, what are your favorite items in
your home?
Synny: My favorite item's I'd have to say are ALL my
Korrt kitchen pieces, the Groovn Parrot line by Meret and my most
favorite new
item's are from the CK UltraLounge line, very sleek and clean.
If you'd like to know more about the other rooms, then I encourage
